Insomnia which causes deterioration in quality of life becomes an important problem in pregnancy both for maternal and fetus health. Therefore, this study aims to investigate insomnia experienced by pregnant women and factors associated with. Different causes of insomnia during pregnancy are given below- • Discomfort due to the increased size of your abdomen. • Back pain • Heartburn • Frequent urination during the night- It enlarges the uterus pressing down on the bladder. It mostly happens with pregnant women during the final trimester.
